Terms and Conditions

Deliverables

  • You’ll receive all watermarked photos in low-resolution JPG format for review within 48 hours after the session. These will be sent via email, with a link to a Dropbox folder.

  • Once you select the images for editing, final edited photos will be delivered within 14 days.

  • A fast-delivery option is available, with edited photos delivered within 72 hours for an additional fee, which can be selected during checkout.

  • One round of editing revisions is included in the package price.

Location

  • Prices do not include location fees or scouting services.

  • It is the client's responsibility to secure and book the desired location.

  • For location recommendations, feel free to reach out via email.

Add-ons

  • All packages come with options to:

    • Add more edited photos

    • Receive all RAW content

    • Extend session time

  • These additional services are available for an extra fee and can be selected during checkout.

Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final photos.

  • Option to pay in full at the time of booking is also available.

Payment Methods

  • Payments are processed securely through Square, accepting all major credit cards.

  • Alternative payment methods such as Zelle or PayPal are available for bookings made via email.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the session date.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the session will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is free up to 7 days before the session date.

  • A 20% rescheduling fee applies for changes made within 7 days of the session.
